The location was amazing, but the service was even better! They created you every time, helped you get transportation, gave great dining and attractions advice. Victor at the Concierge really knows his stuff with fine dining! Definitely get his reccomendations. My wife and I enjoyed the fine wine and beer of Spain, and the bartending staff was incredibly knowledgeable with different wines and were incredibly friendly and quick with service. They really did treat us like family. We will be staying here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Madrid, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The employees were extremely attentive and always ready to assist. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The personalized message displayed on the TV added a toughtful touch. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located next to certain attractions, metro station, and business district. I recommend this hotel for excellent service and luxury rooms.

The staff at the Intercontinental are exceptional. Concierge sorted diner reservations before we arrived and then recommended other restaurants while we were in Madrid. The door man was also so welcoming and helpful as were the bar and restaurant staff. The rooms are beautifully cleaned and we didn’t have a single issue during our stay. The hotel will soon be ready for a refurb as it’s looking a little tired in places but it didn’t detract from our stay. I highly recommend a stay here when in Madrid.

The staff at reception, main doors, bell hops and the lounge were excellent! The Sunday brunch was a lucky break since we got there on Sunday-excellent spread and service.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are extremely courteous, efficient and yet endearingly discreet. The restaurant serves dishes of the highest quality. I'm very impressed. This is my third stay (after Lisbon and Porto) in a hotel belonging to the Intercontinental chain. This stay was just as wonderful. Thank you and I heartily recommend

Breakfast was good and waiters were very happy to assist. However being a vegetarian I didn't appreciate Potato Rosti under the same cover as Ham!! I am sure some people would have unintentionally mixed the tongs used for Rosti and Ham. It would be very useful if all vegetarian meals can be well labelled and kept a little away from non-vegetarian items. Rooms were clean and pillows great.

Everything, room, all the employees were amazing, entertainment, the person in charge of getting the taxis was incredible nice, cleanliness, it was perfect.

The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The food, drink selection, bar, club, and Sunday brunch were fantastic. Our suite was clean and comfortable.
