I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Madrid, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The employees were extremely attentive and always ready to assist. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The personalized message displayed on the TV added a toughtful touch. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located next to certain attractions, metro station, and business district. I recommend this hotel for excellent service and luxury rooms.

Victor at the Concierge really knows his stuff with fine dining! Definitely get his reccomendations. My wife and I enjoyed the fine wine and beer of Spain, and the bartending staff was incredibly knowledgeable with different wines and were incredibly friendly and quick with service. They really did treat us like family. We will be staying here again!

The door man was also so welcoming and helpful as were the bar and restaurant staff. The rooms are beautifully cleaned and we didn’t have a single issue during our stay. The hotel will soon be ready for a refurb as it’s looking a little tired in places but it didn’t detract from our stay. I highly recommend a stay here when in Madrid.
